Nannies

Our placement fee for securing a nanny is 15% of the nanny’s projected yearly earnings, calculated from the hourly rate and number of hours worked per week. This fee covers our comprehensive matching process, including candidate screening, interviews, and ongoing support to ensure a successful placement.

Newborn Care Specialist

Our placement fee for securing a Newborn Care Specialist is 17% of the specialist’s projected yearly earnings, calculated from the hourly rate and number of hours worked per week. This fee encompasses our thorough screening and matching process, which includes background checks, in-depth interviews, and ongoing support to ensure a seamless placement.

During this 60 minute video call, we’ll take the time to discuss your unique challenges and goals, offering expert guidance every step of the way. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a personalized action plan designed to set you and your family up for success. This dedicated session is $175.
Option 2 - Coaching Series

Our most popular package includes three 60-minute coaching sessions spread over four weeks, giving you consistent support as you work toward your goals. Between sessions, you’ll have ongoing access to support via email, ensuring your questions are answered in real time. You’ll also receive performance monitoring tools and progress reviews to track success along the way. This package is $450.
Option 3 - Premium Partnership Plan

This comprehensive plan includes six 60-minute sessions over 8 weeks, allowing for in-depth guidance and accountability. You’ll receive a written performance framework tailored specifically for your nanny, providing clear expectations and goals. Additionally, this plan includes two private coaching calls with your nanny, if desired, to ensure alignment and a strong working relationship. The Premium Partnership Plan is $850.
